Little Nomads IN the FOREST
The ancient BC forest becomes our classroom and teacher in the our forest program.
The forest program allows our Little Nomads to connect with nature at a deeper level, understanding and exploring different ecosystems, wildlife, habitats and forest growth. Being outdoors in the forest encourages, motivates and inspires our young learners to become confident and independent learners whilst developing their physical skills. We spent our forest sessions exploring the local trails, ending up at base camp where we come together for snack, story time and group activities. We spend extended amounts of time in child-initiated nature play.
Our Current FOREST Location
Pacific Spirit Regional Park (Meeting point: parking lot by Acadia beach, NW Marine Drive).
